Education : Qualified CA / Full time MBA from leading premier institute

Additionally CFA any level.

Experience : 4 to 12 years post qualification exp

- Corporate Finance

- Managing and Negotiating long term contracts.

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, with knowledge of real asset financing structures like project finance, corporate finance, and portfolio financing

- Experience and understanding of debt and equity financing, including debt restructuring.

- Developing financial models using Advanced Excel

- Preparation, analysis and Negotiation of Term Sheet.

- Evaluation of RFPs

- Prepare Request for Proposal for Debt / ECA backed/Capital market financing.

- Cost analysis

- Investment and Financial Analysis

- Tracking global Markets with respect to global interest rates and currencies. Market Intelligence of Financial markets.
