- Set up strong relationships and achieve exponential growth with existing e-commerce customers as well as explore latest and emerging e-com customers/platforms for future growth
- Drive detailed account business planning including short to long-term strategy setting for own account/s
- Own account successes including selling-in, consumer sales target setting, demand planning, account P&L management
- Design and drive shopper value proposition of accounts to improve commercial opportunities
- Advocate the use of data and turn into sales and marketing action, particularly in digital, data-driven media
- Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trends, particularly ecommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities
- Collaborate across the company's India business, including digital marketing, brand management, forecasting, customer operations and customer development, as well as APAC regional colleagues driving the e-com agenda across the region
- Proactively lead both sales and non-sales, particularly digital media, levers to supervise and take corrective actions
- Jointly-draft and implement on-site and off-site campaign/promotions enhancing shoppable occasions to recruit, retain and reactivate shoppers.
- Have a learning mentality to adapt to the evolving ecommerce retail, media and operational environment
