Job Description :
- Developing growth strategies with CXO's.
- Setting up new engagement programs, experimenting aggressively, and prioritizing initiatives to increase the overall engagement levels of different user cohorts
- Build a strong culture of user-first thinking and product planning to drive impactful outcomes across the entire lifecycle of the user
- Working with tech and product across various growth led initiatives
- Work with analytics on various growth and customer lifecycle understanding projects
- Own revenue numbers from existing users and manage spends to optimize on ROI
- Creating strategies on increasing customer lifetime value
- Optimizing and designing campaigns to generate the right ROI
- Leading the cross-sell business and making sure customers buy across various verticals
- Manage daily campaign execution teams and work with them on maintaining campaigns efficiency and end to end execution
Requirements :
- Experience in Revenue/Retention in E-commerce (3-6 years of experience)
- Strong consulting experience with top consulting firms and worked on e-commerce projects and clients (3-6 years of experience)
