We are looking for Sr. Associate - Process Consulting with a boutique consulting firm in Gurgaon. Our client offers a wide range of business advisory services to its increasing number of clients in Strategic Advisory, Financial Advisory, Transaction Support, Process Consulting, People & Organization Consulting, Procurement Advisory, IT Consulting Services, ESG Advisory, Risk Advisory, and Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence. Provide a wide spectrum of services to commercial and Islamic banks, insurance companies, investment banks, private equity and asset management companies in the GCC and wider MENA region.

Role Description

Experience in Process Consulting / Risk Advisory / Internal Audit / Risk Management/ Compliance function at a reputed consulting firm or corporate/ industry

1. Execute risk-based internal audits, process reviews, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management and revenue assurance assignments as per the client requirements

2. Develop audit work programs, evaluate issues for improvement and communicate issues to IA management and business clients

3. Independent preparation of deliverable relating to various services being delivered to the clients including preparation of report, process documents, presentations, etc.

4. Participate in meetings with the clients and working on the deliverables

Desired Attributes

1. Possesses good auditing skills, sound knowledge of various auditing and accounting standards, and a strong understanding of internal control systems

2. Capable of performing the audit assignments independently

3. Clear, logical and analytical abilities

4. Strong team player and able to multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic business environment

5. Experience of working in an ERP environment and able to extract data from SAP/ ERP application relating to various functions and analyze the same

6. Strong communication and presentation skills

7. Good at report writing using MS Word and PowerPoint

Years Of Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant post- qualification experience.

Qualification: CA or MBA from a premier institute 2020-2021 batch

1. Are open to work in hybrid mode (twice in week from corporate office in Gurgaon) with a boutique consulting firm of 80+ headcount.

2. Are open to work on Sundays (since will be interacting with international clients from Gulf countries and Middle East North Africa, no Indian clients / 5 days a week)

3. Have consulting experience in manufacturing, insurance and banks.

4. Are open to front end and travel to client location (GCC & MENA) from 2 to 4 weeks in a month or two.
