About The Role :
As a part of Brand Marketing team you will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic decisions for the company. You will be part of a carefully selected, high-performing, highly motivated team. You will get an opportunity to demonstrate your skills and inspire various internal stakeholders to realize Reliance Retail's longer-term vision/ goals.
Specifically, You Will Be Responsible To :
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action".
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
- Monitor ATL campaigns and analyze consumer reactions.
- Devise innovative growth strategies.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
What You'll Do :
- Creating and executing a strong brand marketing strategy & execution plan.
- Co-ordinating with cross functional teams - Category for offers, Marketing Operations for planning and Designers for creatives.
- Managing the end to end development of tactical creatives like leaflets and SMS (jpegs with offers sent as bitly link).
- Assisting the Marketing Operations team (SMH & RMM) for the tactical campaign creatives - BTL.
- Print ad creatives - end to end management - getting offers, sharing with design team for creative development, proof-reading the creatives, getting approvals for category and operations team before releasing to print - ATL.
- Coordination with the media agency for radio campaigns and OOH - ATL.
- Agency management - giving creative briefs and getting the desired output.
- Assisting in the shoots - static as well as AV.
- Aligning all the stake holders and facilitating the smooth execution.
- Data analysis - impact of marketing promotions and campaigns as well as tracking the performance of stores (NOB's/ Net Sales/ ABV/ Basket size/ Category penetration etc.).
What You'll Need :
- MBA degree in Marketing top B-School.
- 6/7 Yrs of experience in Brand Marketing Management.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
