Job Summary:
As the Lead - Creative for Marketing within JioMart's Grocery Vertical, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at driving customer engagement, brand loyalty, and business growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with JioMart's target audience and reinforces its position as a leader in the grocery e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy and Direction:
- Lead the development of creative strategies aligned with JioMart's marketing objectives and brand identity within the grocery vertical.
- Communicate and champion the creative vision, ensuring alignment with JioMart's values and customer-centric approach.
Campaign Conceptualization and Execution:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and preferences of JioMart's grocery customers.
- Develop innovative creative concepts, messaging, and visual assets that drive engagement and conversion across digital and traditional channels.
Content Creation and Production:
- Oversee the creation and production of high-quality visual and written content, including but not limited to product imagery, videos, graphics, copywriting, and product descriptions.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and style across all marketing materials and touchpoints specific to the JioMart grocery vertical.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, merchandising, and design teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives, customer insights, and business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to augment in-house creative capabilities and resources.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets and marketing campaigns within the JioMart grocery vertical, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Iterate and refine creative strategies and executions based on performance metrics, market feedback, and evolving customer preferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8-12 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industry with a focus on the grocery vertical.
- Proven track record of leading and executing successful marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on creative excellence and brand storytelling.
- Demonstrated creative vision, strategic thinking, and ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling and effective creative solutions.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content creation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
