Regional Sales Manager - (Looking only from FMCG/FMCD background)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Target of the region (North India)
2. Implement different Programs and schemes to get desired results through General trade and retail.
3. Promote sales plans, trade programs, distributor and partner meets, exhibitions to ensure sales growth
4. Develop distribution plans and alternate channels to achieve maximum market penetration and increase sales volume
5. Analyse market trends and competitor activities and formulating strategies to boost sales
6. Understanding and assess market potential for key untapped markets
7. Guide and motivate the sales team
8. Building strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and partners- Franchise owners and Distributors
9. Review, maintain and improve sales & productivity of team and channel partner against the target on a monthly basis.
10. Must have Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
11. Develop business plan for long term sales and generating business.
12. Mapping, analysing and taking corrective action on competitors activity.
13. Ensure market penetration and sales growth
14. Channel management and expansion
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales
- Business Acumen
- Stakeholder relationship management
- Strategic business orientation
- Must have Good Communication Skills and Analytical Skills
