- We are hiring for a Retail led organization. Hence candidate must have worked in Retail led organization which has Shop / Store business model.
- This is a West Regional Manager HR Profile to handle the HR Generalist Profile which includes 40% Talent Acquisition at the Store / Region level.
Candidate must be open to travel within the West Region.
Must posses an excellent experience in business stakeholder management.

Candidate Background -
Relevant experience into Retail / consumer led organization is mandatory.
- An ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6yrs+ and upto 12yrs work experience.
- Candidate should understand the business HR partner role and the needs of the organization from the business point, should understand the scale of growth of an organization.
- Candidate must demonstrate Business Partner skills with the senior & top management of the organization.
- Candidate should have the problem-solving approach and come up with various HR Solutions to business.
- Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment process for regional level positions. Develop job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring recommendations. Collaborate with corporate HR and regional head to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's present and future hiring needs.
- Track hiring KPIs and recommend improvements when required.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations matter within the multiple department, including conflict resolution, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, promoting a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
- HR Reporting and Analytics: Compile and analyze HR data including turnover rates, performance, recruitment metrics, and employee satisfaction. Generate reports and provide insights into leadership for strategic decision-making.
- Forecast and manage the division's budget.
- Review and improve all HR processes, including onboarding & induction of new employees, performance management, etc.
- Identify and address performance gaps through training and development programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Determine training plans per employee and department.
- Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives.
- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports to track key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and systems.
