- Experience on IR and Employee Relations
- Develop and implement IR strategies
- Expertise in handling, interacting and working on settlements with Unions
- Expertise in LTS - Long term settlements
- Conduct a thorough study and take appropriate measures to ensure union-free environment and no work

- Develop a robust network to pre-empt IR issues and take preventive actions to avoid the same
- Formulate and administer policies in discussion with management to ensure harmonious relations between management and workers
- Manage all compliances and various legal inspections and liaise with govt. officials
- Be abreast of changes to labor laws, arbitration decisions, court etc.
- Set up Grievance redressal/dispute resolution mechanism to address labor issues and ensures the amicable settlement of disputes.
