Job Summary:
Overall :
- Take end-to-end P&L ownership and independently manage P&L across Finance, Analytics and IT domains
- Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently.
- Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for your BU and ensure month-on- month growth.
- Ensure that center operations are running smoothly.
Sales and Marketing
- Guide and train teams to accomplish set revenue and product targets.
- Responsible for sales governance activities including lead to conversion, warm lead management, CRM, Other Efficiency Metrics
- Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of Sales Teams
- Develop and implement Marketing Plans with focus on improving sales efficiencies, launching of new programs, and other local promotional activities.
- Creating a strong BTL team of business development executives and callers on the ground for non digital activities
- Ensuring there is good amount of college outreach , channel partner tie ups and local branding activities to help in promotions and meeting the over all non digital revenue targets month on month
Training and External Relations
- Managing training delivery and governance, and ensuring that training outcome has been met
- Develop a high-performing training team, and setup and maintain a network of empaneled trainers
- Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for training excellence
- Tie with Colleges, Universities and Corporates for Sourcing, Training & Placements across assigned territories
