- Must have good exposure to Institutional and Project sales in Building materials Industry
- To build and sustain excellent relationship with real estate developers (Builders and Promoters), Architects, Contractors, Real estate consultants to get the products approved and convert them into sales.
- Thorough knowledge of Latest trends in Industry / customer preferences / upcoming projects / Government regulations / Government Fiscal / Monitory Policies related to real estate industry.
- Should have a connect with the Real Estate, Construction Industry and Architects
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Ability to handle end customers (consumers), high net-worth customers and architects
- Will be involved in overall process of sales - from reporting, to cold calls and meets, to follow up and closures
- Will play a role in market generation/development in their respective zones
- Should be capable of developing sales strategies to develop the brand in the market
- Should have the confidence and capability to meet the Management team of corporates and commercial projects
