Project Finance

Education : Qualified CA / Full time MBA from leading premier institute

Additionally CFA any level would be preferred

Experience : 2 to 10 years post qualification exp

Location : Gurgaon

- Project Finance

- Structured Finance, Long term loans, Debt Finance

- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting, with knowledge of real asset financing structures like project finance, corporate finance, and portfolio financing

- Experience and understanding of debt and equity financing, including debt syndication.

- Developing financial models using Advanced Excel

- Preparation and analysis of Term Sheet.

- Monitoring, managing and Negotiating long term contracts.

- Study and analysis of market dynamics and industry trends of various sectors

- Do Market Intelligence of Financial markets.

- Developing financial models to evaluate investment and financial projections.

- Prepare Request for Proposal for Debt / ECA backed/Capital market financing.

- Assess impact of government and International regulations/policies on businesses.

- Tracking global Markets with respect to global interest rates and currencies.

- Experience in Renewable energy preferred
