Program Manager - Founder's Office - IIT/NIT

As a part of the Special Projects team, you will work on complex problems that affect our growth, profitability and everything in between. In this role, you will basically help with everything from optimizing day-to-day activities to carrying out high-priority initiatives to tackling the most important strategic questions.

Job Description :

- You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish.

- Your responsibilities will include designing, executing, training, performance tracking and making improvements in processes among other things. 

- Every day is about thinking and solving new challenges and opportunities that come our way and ensuring that we meet the highest of expectations and deliver business outcomes.

- Closely work with the CEO and the Head of Strategy to own and drive various initiatives across the organization (and externally)

- Use data and on-ground information to clearly identify the real problems beyond the symptoms

- Ideate and come up with different possible solutions and propose the most optimal one.

- Divide the solution proposed into multiple projects.

- Define the approach for all the actionable steps. - Set up a monitoring protocol. Monitor KPIs and success metrics.

Candidate profile :

- 1 to 3 years experience

- High order of Analytical Abilities

- Great Communication Skills

- Excellent Project Management skills

- Extraordinary willing to accept challenges and solve complex problems

- Education : B.E/B.Tech from a premier institute (IITs/NITs)
