We are a team of IIT and NIT alumni, building a vernacular quality knowledge sharing platform, GyanApp (https://gyanapp.in). We are some crazy bunch of folks passionate about people, history, culture and the future. We are based out of Bangalore and are situated just opposite to a lushful green and clean park and most importantly we are funded by a renowned early stage VC firm.

Product Growth Manager:

We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to fill a fast-paced job in a competitive environment. One must have 1-2 years of experience in Product growth, user acquisition, activation and retention in a mobile app based product.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall performance of the platform - user acquisition, activation. Retention and Growth of the platform.

- Responsible for hacking multiple channels which are appropriate for our product growth

- Managing organic and inorganic (Facebook Ad, UAC etc.) funnels of growth

- Coordinating with product and language team for specific requirement of growth.

- Ensuring cost effective user acquisition combined with better retention

- Overseeing external product specific communication

- Research, analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends

Skills/Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/PG degree from a premier university or college

- Strong command over Facebook and UAC Ads.

- Must have a good understanding of virality and network effect

- Must be well aware of Facebook Analytics

- Should have a strong understanding of the social media, internet in general

- Should have good command on a few analytical tools like Excel, R etc.

- Must have "Ideate, Implement and learn" attitude

- Entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving and analytical aptitude
