Job Description:

Job Title- Digital Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY

1. Drive their digital objectives by supporting brand/region teams in various social and digital activation.

- Closely work with the central digital marketing team and brand marketing teams to build brands and campaigns on digital

- Hands on with digital media channels and content opportunities including social media, search, video, display, OTT, native, influencers, etc.

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn Twitter and WhatsApp for end to end brand campaigns

- Planning, management and reporting of digital media campaigns with in-house team/ external agency

- Own digital hygiene (ie: Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, YouTube channel art, microsites, etc)

- Oversee creative agency/ in house agency's creative strategy, briefing and output for digital activations

- Lead the company's social listening and monitoring function to derive business learnings and opportunities

- Analyze campaigns and translate subjective or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for digital campaigns.

- Establish and monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of digital campaigns.

- Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to establish processes and best practices for digital marketing and on-ground digital activations

- Identify new avenues to activate brands on digital across paid, owned and earned channels

- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Enhance brand awareness within the digital space for all PRI brands; design, build and maintain PRI's social media presence.

2. Spearhead l digital initiatives to drive marketing objectives.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

3. Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.

- Assist central paid media team to buy advertisements on Social Media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

- Use the social media platforms to effectively reach out to and engage with PRI's consumers.

4. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

INTERACTIONS

INTERNALLY (mention role): Central Digital Marketing, Brand, Zone and Regional Marketing Team

EXTERNALLY (mention role): Local Digital Marketing Agencies, Content aggregators, etc.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX: Leverage digital as a channel to drive business objectives.

PROFILE DETAILS :

QUALIFICATION: MBA from good institute.

Essential/Must-have:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in renowned agency or brand managing, out of which s/he should have spent minimum 3 years on digital & social media initiatives.

Desirable/Good to have:

EXPERIENCE (Please specify in case there are any preferred industries):

Essential/Must-have:

1. Preferably from FMCG Industry with successful stint in managing digital marketing operations at on-ground level.

2. Worked for known brands in digital media/advertising agencies / Client-side experience

Desirable/Good to have: 2-3 years of experience in managing trade marketing operations and Alco-Bev industry experience.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

Essential/Must-have:

1. Established Digital and Social Media/Community Management for trade marketing partners.

2. Experience in Media Buying-Track record of increasing digital reach and engagement through various digital initiatives.

3. Experience delivering significant social media marketing campaigns. Desirable/Good to have: Working knowledge of paid and owned aspects of digital media.
