1. Will play an active role in streamlining and expanding the Analytics cell for the Cement division
2. Support the sales organisation in the S&OP process
3. Design Channel schemes & initiatives to drive retail footprint & channel engagement
4. Responsible for designing the Influencer loyalty program and ensure better connect with the masons, contractors & engineers.
5. Responsible for tracking & driving compliance of sales processes and systems across all regions and zones.
6. Coordinate with the sales team in the tracking of competition activities & regular benchmarking of our trade initiatives with competition.
7. Identify the Right KPIs for racking business performance on daily, weekly, fortnightly & monthly basis.
8. Draw insights from the data available in ERP & market intelligence to leverage them for profitable volume growth.
