- High Quality Hiring (Low infant mortality- Culturally Fit & High performance.
- Must have a good professional network of Professionals/Consultants.
- Extensive Knowledge of applicant tracking software programs- HRMS
- Hands on expertise in employer branding across social media & campus branding activities.
- Diversity Hiring Experience - All Departments & All positions
- Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
- Handling of Pre-Employment Tests.

Qualification: Master's in Human Resource Management
