Education: BE/B.Tech for Premier institutes + MBA(preferred) + Lean Six Sigma Certification

Structuring, mentoring, leading and implementing several business transformation projects which have yielded measurable results, including quality & process improvements, significant reduction in lead times, cost reductions gained from improved system/process performance, productivity gains, reduced product-development cycle time, and sustainable revenue growth.

Productivity improvement and deployment of engineering practices.

Driving application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Six Sigma Projects Mentoring and Competence building

Supporting senior management for Strategy Work
