Ensure the production process activities under his responsibility according to safety & environment namely working with Maintenance, Quality and Process to organize the production plan and operation, coordinating resources, raw material and fuel repartition, and monitoring all indicators on performance, quality and environment, in order to respond to the commercial needs and to optimize the production process minimizing costs maintaining at the same quality level.

Safety: Ensure the safety of the operations for the workshops under responsibility and animate safety in his department including the improvement loop

Planning: Ensure the elaboration of the production planning for the activities under responsibility, annual (according to the business plan) or monthly (according to the plan production plan)

Production monitoring: Implement and coordinate the production activities in his perimeter in accordance with the processes defined, namely allocating the resources, overseeing the maintenance operation to guarantee their alignment with the needs, and controlling the budget.

Product quality: Ensure the quality of the products manufactured by the plant, Monitor the quality indicators (directly or produced by the laboratory), according to the quality plan in place, taking measure when necessary, namely equipment's adjustments, external support, raw material changes

Raw Materials/ fuels: Organize the repartition of raw materials and fuels attributed in liaison with purchasing, according to the production plan, in order to use them at the most appropriate

Moment. Ease the tests completion for homologation (Raw materials / fuels) in his workshop(s).

Environment: Monitor the indicators related to environmental footprint and take corrective measures if necessary.

Efficiency: Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of the production processes, as well as ensure the rigor and reliability of the production system performance. Coordinate external contractors and companies.

New products: Contribute to the test of new products namely by identifying periods to test them.

When new products are put into production, ensure the training of his team and adapt the production plan accordingly.

B.Tech / M.Tech - Chemical Engineering with 5 to 10 years in production, process and safety in cement company

Certifications in Safety & Quality are desirable.

Managerial & Additional Accountabilities:

Should be able to Manage, motivate and develop both union and non union its own Human Resources,namely in terms of recruitment, training needs, performance management an people

review in accordance with HR policies in force, in collaboration with HRO Direction.

Monitor the organization of its team.
