Location : Andheri East (Mumbai) Role and Responsibility: - Managing I-loans System Change Modification For HFC Schema - Managing CKYC System Change Modification For HFC Schema - Carrying Out the UAT testing for the application ( I-loans /CKYC ) - Identifying the Gaps and Issues in the system , coordinating with the bank technology team and fixing the bugs - Providing training and assisting the team with system related changes - Assisting the policy team in defining the process work flow related to the system work flow e.g. (Moratorium /Restructuring /Eclgs) - Assisting the team in closure of the customer escalations - Assisting in the development of new system LOS - Assisting the stake holders with I-loans related requirements -Creating BRS and raising CR (requirements in the system) - Helping in defining the Process for Operations for new process which are introduced - Assisting the Repayments team related to system requirements during the month end and Cycle dates for updation.
