This role is specifically for the Talent Search & Leadership Hiring based In Mumbai Malad for expertise includes recruiting leadership hiring in legal and compliance professional's clientele
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of consultants to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the legal sector.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, ensuring exceptional service delivery, meeting top management like CEO/CXO/ Directors to understand & offer the role in personal discussion or VC
Delivery Management:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates to fulfil client requirements, monitor key performance metrics and implement improvements for optimized service delivery.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic plans for the growth of the Legal Practice.
- Identify market trends and client needs to stay ahead in the competitive legal talent landscape.
Performance Evaluation:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in legal and financial services recruitment handling of leadership role / Mid Management
- Strong understanding of the legal industry would be advantage or from talent search industry and its talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. interacting with CEO / CXO / Directors & Top Management
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding client expectations.
