Our client is looking for Mid level executive for Private Equity/ M & A Deals

- The ideal candidate should have at least two to three years of experience

- The candidate is expected to have experience in making financial modelling, Preparation of Information Memorandum, Data mining

Soft skills required :

- Sit with company people and understand businesses

- Ability to translate business knowledge into information memorandum and financial modelling

- Traveling - No limitation
