Responsible for Long Term Settlements with Regular employees & Contract Workmen Multiple Unions.

To handle contract labour issues.

Monitor the progress of Legal matters relating to labour cases.

Handling of labour unions (contract labour & regular) on various issues.

Execute Long Term Wage Settlements, Performance Incentive Settlements and Career Progression Settlements, Disciplinary Matter etc.

Oversee the implementation of various settlements.

Monitor and ensure that factory is legally compliant.

Monitor the status of labour cases from time to time.

Age: 45

Qualification :PG Diploma in IRPM or MSW.

10-15 years of working experience in a manufacturing IR operations in a huge plant.
