Job Description :
- Managing entire HR Life Cycle from Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Culture
- Dealing with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills
- Provide full cycle recruitment including, sourcing, screening, interviewing, scoring; reference checking, evaluating and providing quality candidate recommendations
- A professional and commercial approach to HR, with the ability to deliver high employee satisfaction, appropriate development and reward for individuals
- Provide problem resolution and conflict management guidance for employees, including policy and procedure review, interpretation, and revision
- Assist with development, implementation and administration of Service Center morale initiatives including Service Award Programs, Employee Retention, Recognition Programs, and Community Relations Programs.
- Build a trusting and respectful relationship with team members to gather feedback and identify strengths and opportunities for improvement.
- Identify trends within the departments, provide recommendations on action plan to senior leadership and implement programs which cultivate a positive and engaged workforce.
- Support leaders in identifying high potential talent and preparing development plans and opportunities for growth
- Conduct proactive visits to engage in formal and informal team member feedback and information sessions
Experience/Qualifications :
- Minimum of 12+ years HR experience, ideally within a managerial role in a large multi-facet organization.
- Must be a results oriented person with a drive for success.
- Demonstrated good judgment and ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion in sensitive matters.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
