- Around 30% travel within the region
- Experience of handling employee base of more than 1000 employees
- Experience of handling Blue collared employee base
- Managing the Talent Acquisition & Employee Lifecycle function across UP locations
- Maintaining positive relationships between the employees and the company by implementing policies, programs, and initiatives
- Serves as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on various employment-related matters.
- Supporting the conceptualization & design of HR strategic initiatives specific to the region
- Support all recruitment initiatives completely in close coordination with TA
- Act as an employee champion by ensuring engagement activities and manage employee grievances & employee queries appropriately
- Handling Employee relations, Coaching & counselling, Performance management and appraisal support
- Manage payroll activities including attendance, leave, payroll inputs etc.
- Manage processes like Statutory compliances, POSH, PMS, R&R etc.
- Monitor and manage the HR budget
