- HR Business Partner with min. 8 years of core HR Partnering experience
- Experience of working for implementing and suggesting new HR strategies, HR policies
- Analyze trends and relevant HR metrics to develop solutions, HR programs, and policies
- Identify trends and needs for training programs
- Experience on Performance Management, Succession Planning, Reward and Recognition
- Experience on Employee Lifecycle
- Resolve employee issues and grievances and conduct unbiased investigations
- Study competition and monitor trends for strategic hiring practices and policies
- Provide feedback to HR leadership on critical HR issues in the function
