- Position offered - Manager - Corporate Human Resources.

- Position based at Mumbai Corporate Office Nariman Point

- A 5 Days a week organization Reporting to Team Lead & Head HR

Partnering between the Head HR , Business Leaders and Total HR team to understand the capability gaps and firm up strategies to bridge those HR Head & 5 HR Team on new project, like new policies, team management

- Process: policy making and implementing HR best practices in a law firm; devising general code of duct, leave and dress policy. With changing times, devised the 'Remote Work Policy' for the members of the Firm - looking at new norms and ways of working. Timely updated employee relation policies such as POSH, disciplinary and whistle blower.

- Campus: participating in campus placements from law schools; devising the engagement calendar for campuses and organizing 'campus talks' by alumni partners & internship

- Employee Engagement: established an engagement model, strategy, and delivery plan along with indices to measure satisfaction. Conducted surveys firm-wide and team-wise to understand areas of improvement. Work on an action plan along-with the stakeholders and follow-up on action item periodically. Identified Hi-Po employees / retainers

- Performance Management: Enabled goal setting and career progression dialogues between team leaders and team members conducted and encouraged for expectation setting. Designed, initiated, and implemented Balanced scorecard for members of legal and shared services teams. Devised the mid-year and annual performance review cycle. Revamped the Performance Management Process considering current scenario and emphasised on 'feedback-on-the-go' as an essential part of the new process.

- Diversity and Inclusion: pioneered 'ARISE' coined on the philosophy of 'acceptance, recognition, inspiration, support, and empowerment'. Started first series of events titled "In Conversation with Women Leaders" across all offices where we will organise fire-side chats with senior women leaders.

- Learning & Development: managed a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities that align people with the goals and vision of the firm. Managed leadership effectiveness and career development programs throughout the Firm by planning, organizing and content developing for workshops. Iterated curriculum based on feedback of every workshop thereby improving member experience. Aligned online mandatory trainings which increased organisation efficiency and ensured productive usage of time. Independently trained the HR team on interviewing techniques as well as how to operate more effectively in their respective roles. Planning and conducting induction for lateral and campus hires.
