Manager - Corporate Finance - Infra/Construction/Chemicals Business - CA

Qualified CA - exp at least 4 years

Preferably should be working with large corporates.

- Experience in corporate Finance

- Financial Modeling around Excel

- Term sheet evaluation, contract negotiation

- Cost Planning and analysis

- Financial analysis

- Evaluating contracts to ensure compliance with the terms, conditions, dates, commercials, rents and other stipulations

- Reviewing and managing the letter of credit reconciliations

- Innovative cost reduction, concluding contracts

- Study and analysis of market dynamics and industry trends of various sectors. Thorough understanding of financial market.

- Assess impact of government regulations/policies on businesses.

- Tracking Markets with respect to Price movements, interest rates and currencies.
