- Collect, compile, and analyze Compensation data, metrics, and statistics.

- Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits

- Analyzing and presenting data and reports on compensation and providing insights and advising on solutions

- Experience on Compensation data analytics and metrics

- Calculate retention, turnover and internal mobility rates

- Report on key recruiting metrics like time to fill and hiring costs, compensation analytics, ranges, etc

- Forecast HR costs by department and help create budgets
