Job Description:

- Enhancing organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing / business development strategies

- Contribution to the business development unit of sharing of best practices, interaction with counter parts

- Adaptable to market developments and Endeavour to obtain big ticket clients

- Completion of the commitments in the due time frame

- Competitive intelligence/ Report System efficiency

- Tracking case completion with Rating group on a regular basis

- Brand Building Strategies / Corporate Communication

- Ability to liason and maintain a cordial relation with the client & Takes personal responsibility for customer satisfaction

- Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs & Dedicated to meeting the expectations of customers

- Monitoring market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- New Business development initiatives

- Ensuring that the required documentation is complete for all new business opportunities.

- Ensuring that the BD Team work effectively and prioritize workloads

- Leading & guiding the Business Development Team

- Handling meetings with the key clients
