Business Development Manager - Building Material Company

Role & Responsibilities:

- Creating awareness of the brand through targeted efforts

- Identification of new business opportunities and driving business growth

- Identifying, prospecting and validating new business opportunities.

- Visiting architects, potential clients and other stakeholders for driving growth.

- To get information about their current and upcoming projects.

- To understand specific product specifications as per client's requirement.

- To close the process after specification & hand over the deal to sales person.

- Attend exhibitions and other branding events organized by the company

- Develop dealers & distributors in Mumbai.

- Manage corporate presentations

- Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.

- Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications with the Sales manager

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Building Materials Industry.

- Must have an experience in building & flooring materials like tiles, marbles, etc.

- Candidate must have good connect with Architects.

- Candidate must have good experience in Projects business
