Partnership & Alliances Manager (Affiliates) - Internet / Ecommerce Industry

Job Description:

- This is a Users/Traffic/Revenue acquisition role through potential partnership targeting Banks, Brands, Institutions, Digital Intermediaries, Telecom, Online Retail, Online Platforms, Payment partners, Utilities etc.

- The main objective of this role would be to manage company partnerships and alliances across customer journey for the growth of the company in terms of users/revenue as well as otherwise.

- It's an Individual Contributor role with the key task of New Business Development via partnerships and alliances. The right candidate is expected to create a pipeline of qualified prospects with key stakeholders, understand and communicate the prospect's requirements internally, collaborate with internal stakeholders in Product, Business, Operations, technology and Finance to build customized solutions, present to prospects, negotiate and win.

In this role you will:

- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.

- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

- Collaborate & lead immediate and cross functional team members to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships and the deployment

- Understand, communicate and act in line with the Strategic Agenda of the organization

- Identify senior and relevant stakeholders at prospect B-Partners, create engaging business conversations, generate prospect leads and qualify them for submitting proposals.

- Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.

- Responsible for developing a strategy for partner acquisition, identifying new partnership opportunities, developing a business case for these partnerships, and creating a Go-to market plan highlighting clear opportunity, product features, and business value for all stakeholders.

- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.

- Design and implement necessary analytics to measure and optimize Partnerships.

- Continuously review procedures, controls, and systems to give recommendations for improvements in quality, efficiency TAT.

- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally.

Key Requirements:

- PG with 5-7 years of experience in Alliances Marketing/Partnerships

- Proven track record of leading alliances and product partnerships in a growth stage company.

- Must have managed sales through adding and managing alliances/partnerships.

- Should be a very good communicator, highly sales-oriented, adept at people management, and comfortable with numbers

- Must have a thorough understanding of Alliances in the Indian market and should be able to drive business independently.

- Entrepreneurial, takes ownership, anticipates trends and embraces innovation.

- Ability to build cross-functional relationships to create synergies.

- Analytical and problem solving approach
