Manager - Accounts - FMCG/Pharma - CA

Primary Responsibilities:

Operational

- Manage stakeholders effectively

- Analytical ability to identify logical insights from data handled by the team

- Ensure compliance with the agreed SLA, policies and guidelines of the company

- Be updated with Indirect, Direct Taxation Laws and Accounting guidelines

- Adopt solution oriented and customer centric approach to over come challenges.

- Process Improvements

- Identify and automate processes to enhance the overall efficiency of the team and processes

- Drive initiatives to improve overall statutory and commercial compliance across the Organization

- Network, and interact with external experts to evaluate/identify best practices for Payable Management and subsequently implement the same in the company.

People Management

- Lead team of at least 5 people (primarily B.Com graduates)

- Upgrade skill and work towards development of the team

- Identify and develop talent for the next level.
