Job Description :
- Astute Legal & contractual drafting skills
- Managing & oversee Litigations
- Strong relationships within the ecosystem (legal, regulatory-RBI etc)
- Statutory compliances
- Compliances around capital raise, investor relations
- Regulatory acumen, oversight and management skills
- Work with the founding team to establish strong and robust corporate governance standards/protocols
- Seamlessly work with external partners to create and maintain an asset light, yet impactful function.
Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of current legal and compliance trends in NBFC
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience of litigation
- LLB/LLM qualified.
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Exposure to NBFC / FinTech is a must
