Legal Counsel - BPO/IT

- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

- Providing cross border legal support to various business functions and units within the group.

- Handle a wide range of legal related matters including Investment, risk management, NDA, SLA, anti-bribery / anti-corruption agreements etc.

- Development, refinement and management of legal documentation for the organization's operations including review of documents and advising on legal risk implications arising from the documentations.
