Lead - Internal Communications

- Must have experience with a Shared Service / Captive unit handling Internal Communications.

- Build positive employer reputation within and outside the organization.

- Campaign management - Assist in designing campaigns for existing and potential employees

- Experience in Internal communications. Assist in developing, manage, and execute Communications strategy.

- Handle different formats of communication via mails, videos, events, social posts, or offline campaigns.

- Talent and Employer Branding

- Support the senior leadership team in designing their internal/external communication.

- Support and manage multiple Internal communication initiatives including writing content, employee engagement campaigns, initiatives, and events.

- Designing brochures, campaigns, social media posts etc. to support communication with existing and potential employees.
