Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Liasoning with the creative marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
- Content Execution: Own creating long- and mid-form content assets for mid- & bottom-of-funnel conversion goals.
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing.
- Developing content strategies to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
- Creating content for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Ensuring that SEO and SMO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
- Supporting Content Mapping : Support near- to mid-term planning of the content pipeline in line with product roadmap (doubling down on keywords for top-selling products & building content/search runway for next product bets).
- Sales Enablement: Create cross-format documents (pitch decks, emails, videos) to support ABM and Enterprise sales' outreach efforts for better nurture & conversion results.
- Content Distribution: Social Media Marketing & Post Optimization (LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium, Quora), PR Messaging for media amplification.
- Growth Marketing: Content Analysis & Enhancement to improve performance of published assets.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Excellent communication skills - strong written and oral communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in directly managing B2B Content Marketing, content creation, communication or similar with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
- Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
- The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
- Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
