Lead - Account Executive - SMB Sales Channel - SaaS

We are looking for "Lead - Account Executive" to lead our extraordinary team of Account Executives and own the revenues from the SMB sales channel. This person would be handing the entire revenue cycle from qualification to deal closure and would be designing and executing strategies for exponential growth in this segment.

The target market for this role is primarily US and Europe.

Reporting to:- Founder

You will be responsible for:

- Overall revenue from the SMB segment of business

- Owning the sales channel for end-to-end account acquisition lifecycle - from lead qualification to closure.

This includes:

- Define and execute plans for target verticals/accounts, to exceed in sales goals through qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities.

- Identifying new sales opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them.

- Setting up the team and building a culture of retaining top tier talent.

- Guiding the team on best practices to achieve their targeted sales projections.

- Owning customer relationships and escalations.

- Being responsible for the revenue growth from this segment.

What do we look in you:

- 6 to 9 years of software sales / technical sales experience to B2B/SAAS accounts.

- Ability to build and lead a team of high potential AEs.

- Proven ability to own new account sales channels as an AE manager at an early to mid stage (seed, series A, B or C) venture backed company

- Proven success in setting up remote sales processes for international markets

- Excellent communication, negotiations, and strategic thinking skills

- Comfortable selling at a start-up company that is emerging in the market and you are excited about putting your mark on something early
