- Broad coverage across Talent Acq, Workforce Admin, Talent Supply Chain, Reporting & Analytics, Employee support etc
- Focus on driving best-in-class HRSS credentials and enhanced Employee Experience through a combination of Op model, Tech and Analytics/ AI infusion
- Business Transformation Program Manager
- Responsible for establishing common project management practices, milestones and guardrails
- Track project status and risks and call out need to adapt to changes as required
- Reporting resource utilization status at regular cadence through multiple project / program streams
- Commercial savvy - and ability to call out impact to P&L from project defects or delays
- Ensuring orchestration of BT resources within the deal team to best align effort and priority
- Tracking impact delivery and value realization from Projects and program streams
- 10+ years experience in Project/ Program management relevant roles
- Well versed with Project management principles, methodologies, frameworks
- Experience managing large scale programs - multi - party, multi-stream
- Familiarity with Process excellence frameworks (Lean six sigma), Agile and Design thinking methodologies
- Proficient in business Analytics and analytics + dashboarding tools
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Independent leader with ability to work on limited inputs, self-initiated
- Comfortable with completely unstructured responsibilities, ability to shape the ambiguous
- Stakeholder management, influencing change and ability to work with varied leadership styles
- High energy level, high on analytical capabilities
