Head - Talent Acquisition - India Region (COE)

Job Description :

- Responsible for heading TA function for India Region

- Ensuring a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs at all levels of the company

- Manpower planning and forecasting

- Drive culture change to move from a - post and pray- recruiting model to a highly engaging, proactive recruiting approach.

- Leading the diversity & inclusion recruiting best practices across the region

- Global implementations of recruitment and onboarding tools

- Developing TA Strategy for India Region

- Ensuring that overall talent acquisition strategy aligns with the People Strategy 

- Forecasting and formulating department needs and hiring numbers 

- Coaching and mentoring TAG 

- Formulating and implementing the hiring plans and strategies with the HOD's 

- Preparing monthly and quarterly reports

Team Management :

- Managing a team of 4-5 TA Mgrs across different functions - Tech Center, Engineering
