- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership skills, experience in leading a team of SuccessFactors professionals.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their goals and objectives.
