How You Will Make An Impact?

Global Strategy & Ops Framework Vision Development:

- Work closely with business unit leaders to align company strategy objectives, key results to business unit strategies, and role level objectives & key results.

Strategy & Operations Team Development:

- Recruit top talent and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles. Continue building and leading a high-performing Strategy and Operations team.

BizOps Setup:

- Establish and lead the implementation of a Business Operations (BizOps) framework to enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication. Ensure that the BizOps model supports the achievement of business goals.

Program Management of Strategic Initiatives:

- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Tech Stack Leveraging:

- Evaluate and optimize the existing tech stack to maximize its capabilities in generating valuable insights.

Consolidate and Gather Data from Disparate Systems:

- Develop and implement a robust framework for gathering data from systems and tools such as Quickbooks, Salsforce, Hubspot, Gong.AI, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite OpenAir, JazzHR, Lattice etc.

- Automate Operational Metrics, Reporting & Insights into BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI etc. to analyze business unit metrics to drive operational insights.

Drive Cross-Functional Accountability:

- Collaborate with business leaders to provide feedback and actions on quarterly progress of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business function.
