Job Description:

We are currently hiring for "Head of Strategy" with a leading SAAS startup based out in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence by leveraging business unit metrics across product, engineering, consulting, sales, marketing, recruiting, engineering operations (EngOps),Professional Services Operations (PSO Ops), and Sales Operations (Sales Ops). A key aspect of this role is the development and leadership of a high-performing Strategy and Operations team, requiring a focus on recruiting top talent within your team.

- Global Strategy & Ops Framework Vision Development: Work closely with business unit leaders to align company strategy objectives, key results to business unit strategies, and role level objectives & key results.

- Strategy & Operations Team Development: Recruit top talent and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to excel in their roles. Continue building and leading a high-performing Strategy and Operations team.

- BizOps Setup: Establish and lead the implementation of a Business Operations (BizOps) framework to enhance cross-functional collaboration and communication. Ensure that the BizOps model supports the achievement of business goals.

- Program Management of Strategic Initiatives: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.. Tech Stack Leveraging: Evaluate and optimize the existing tech stack to maximize its capabilities in generating valuable insights.

- Consolidate and Gather Data from Disparate Systems: Develop and implement a robust framework for gathering data from systems and tools such as Quickbooks, Salsforce, Hubspot, Gong.AI, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite OpenAir, JazzHR, Lattice etc. Automate Operational Metrics, Reporting & Insights into BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI etc. to analyze business unit metrics to drive operational insights.

- Drive Cross-Functional Accountability: Collaborate with business leaders to provide feedback and actions on quarterly progress of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each business function.

Recruiting Operations: Collaborate with the HR Ops team to optimize recruiting processes and enhance the overall candidate experience. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights into recruiting effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

- Engineering Operations (EngOps): Collaborate with engineering leadership to optimize operational processes and workflows. Drive initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the engineering function.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in a strategic and operational leadership role, with a focus on driving global initiatives.

- Strong background in business operations, strategy development, and execution.. Demonstrated ability to set up and optimize BizOps functions within a dynamic and evolving organizational structure.

- Expertise in leveraging technology and analytics tools to drive operational insights.

- Familiarity with tools such as Quickbooks, Salsforce, Hubspot, Gong.AI, Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, Netsuite OpenAir, JazzHR, Lattice etc.
