Head - Program Strategy - EduTech

Job Description:-

- Lead the overall strategy for program development including design and execution

- Ideation and structuring of new programs to be developed

- Manage, mentor, develop and grow a capable program team for driving research, design, storyboarding and scripting and content creation (online and physical) for new programs and ongoing improvement for existing programs

- Ensure consistency in style, content quality and concepts used across programs

- Building the program team from the ground up for rapid expansion.

Requirements:-

The Head of Program Strategy will oversee all aspects of program design, delivery, and assessment, in addition to managing a growing creative team and onboarding the relevant SMEs

- Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Program Strategy will play a key role in ensuring the alignment of the programs with the organization's overall strategy and vision

- We are looking for someone with the drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment and with outstanding team leadership and management capabilities with proven skills in managing, coaching, and building formidable teams

- Successful candidates will possess a bold and creative spirit, have an excellent capacity to juggle and integrate multiple programs, appreciate the challenge of working with uncertainty, and above all, always be willing to learn on the job

- Candidates who have experience working in fast paced environments (management consulting or start-ups) and an innate ability to hustle would be preferred
