Head - Operations - Manufacturing Firm

Must have at least 25 years of experience in Operations.

- Experience in overseeing and managing all aspects of Operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and seamless functioning

- Must be a strategic leader with extensive experience in Operations, regulatory compliance, and team management.

- Must have overseen Blue collared workforce of at least 15000 manpower.

- Understand Labour and Union compliances.

- He will collaborate with various departments, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall operations.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government relations, regulatory authorities, and other key stakeholders.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

- Oversee workforce planning, training, and development programs to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.

- Oversee the maintenance and management of Infrastructure and facilities.

- Develop and manage the annual budget for overall operations. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency while maintaining high operational standards.
