Job Responsibilities:-
Systems and Process Design:
- Design and implement operational systems for different business models, that ensure smooth flow and transparency throughout the process.
Team Management:
- Manage a dedicated team of operations personnel, ensuring effective performance and collaboration.
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with key partners to understand their needs and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other business functions to align operations with company goals.
Optimization and Improvement:
- Leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process optimizations.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance operations
Key Requirements:-
- 8 to 12 years of experience in handling warehouse and logistics operations in e-commerce or FMCG companies
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems and processes for a start-up.
- Experience managing and optimizing operations across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Deep sense of business and focussed on farmer & customer experience in building solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in business needs.
- Willing to travel and drive implementations on the ground.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain organized under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
