- We are hiring for the role of Marketing Head for a fast-growing Fintech startup based out in Bangalore. Experience required 8+ years in B2B2C setup, preferably in a Fintech space
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with business goals and objectives to promote their services.
- Brand Positioning: Define and establish the brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email/WA marketing, social media, and other online channels to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
- Campaign Management: Create and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies. Content Strategy: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, and promotional materials.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and impact of marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience of 8+ years in a senior marketing role, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. Strong understanding of the Loan Against Securities market and financial products.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email/WA marketing. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
