- Engage with CEO and Business leaders in strategic planning and reviews.
- Work with business leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies.
- Manage the entire gamut of Performance management and link it business matrix.
- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
- Work with leadership team, line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties interests
- Assess the business units human resources training needs and conduct one on one and/or group training sessions as appropriate
- Ensure policies are current and are reviewed periodically.
- Advise management team on current workforce trends and its linkage/impact on business.
- Partner with leadership team to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Merger & Acquisition - Smooth transitioning of people & process.
- Annual Compensation and reward planning and implementation.
- Designing the incentive scheme for the sales staffs.
- Responsible for HR & Admin budgets, overall Vendor & Service providers.
- Ensure Statutory & Compliance, including contract staff.
- Design and Implementation of Organizational Learning and Growth (Training Programs), Rewards, Talent Management, Career and Succession Planning.
Age Below: 45 years
Experience: 15 - 20 years.
Education: MBA from Top Recognized Universities.
