Key Responsibilities:-
- Complete ownership of the warehouse(hub) HR operations for India managing a team of warehouse HR managers
- Experience in handling min 5000+ manpower (Blue collar)
- Complete ownership and oversight of the offline marketing HR operations
- Delivering daily / weekly / monthly count of active manpower basis business requirement for a multi-city / multi- hub structure
- Setting right manpower cost structure (fixed / variable / benefits) to balance between employee motivation & cost to business
- Managing various training/discipline/welfare initiatives across hubs
- Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations
- Liaising with local authorities as & when required
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with Indian/state wise regulations
- Works closely with the Operations leadership to ensure budgeting and forecasting for 3P workforce
- Responsible for change management and improvement initiatives across all hubs
- Responsible for employee engagement programs, development initiatives and rewards & recognition frameworks
- Supports the annual PMS cycle ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
- Drive best practices and improvements to internal processes & systems
- Good hands-on knowledge and appreciation of HR practices, policies and sub systems
Job specifications:
- MBA (HR),IR,MSW with 10-15 years' experience
- Warehouse operations experience is a must, pref with tier one startups
- Well versed with Statutory compliances and norms
- Experience of leading and managing high-performing teams
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
- Proven track record of handling senior stakeholders
