- To drive employee engagement initiatives & programs
Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting BU Strategy, HR operations - payroll processing and Recruitment
- Corporate objectives and unit-level HR programs
- Implements corporate HR policies and uses corporate resources effectively
- Ensuring Implementation of Performance Management
- Formulates Recruitment plan and mobilises hiring to on-board the targeted numbers within prescribed time limits
- Represents the BU perspective in corporate HR strategy and budgetary meetings and/or events
- Surfaces leadership and employee development needs and develops talent and skill development programs to address such needs
- Handling of HR department of 4 states independently and reporting to CEO
- MBA-HR from top 20 Business school with 8+ years of experience.
- Willing to travel 4 states (Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana)
Candidates qualified Regular 2 years MBA/PGDM from top 20 business school, having operations experience in retail industry and willing to shift to HR also considered.
